DELIVERY - FLOWERS & GIFTS

The Curious Rabbit Flower Shop is a local studio florist located in Balmain in Sydney's Inner West.  The online shop is open 24 hours to accept orders for next day delivery Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (except Public Holidays). To be sustainable and reduce waste I am not usually able to accept orders for same day flower delivery as flowers are sourced from the Sydney Flower markets on the morning of delivery to ensure freshness and sustainability. If you require same day delivery please feel free to call me to check if I have flowers available prior to ordering. Gifts are always available for same day delivery if required.
 
For fresh flower and gift delivery I currently deliver every  Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.The Order cut-off time is 9.00pm the day prior to delivery. We do not deliver on Public Holidays.

Delivery will be between 1pm and 5pm. A specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed. If you require a specific delivery time, please contact me on 0417 112 335 before placing an order on-line. Please choose your required delivery day at Check Out.


DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

 

  • All flowers and gifts will be left at the front door (in a safe place) of the requested address even if no one is at home to receive. All flowers are wet wrapped so will have a temporary water source.  If delivery is to an apartment with a secure foyer, the flowers will be left in the foyer if possible or will be returned to the florist studio. A delivery fee will be charged for a second delivery. 

 

  • Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided. It will not be possible to retrieve a delivery sent to an incorrect address and no refunds can be given if an incorrect address is given. Any replacement of flowers, gifts and re-delivery will be at an additional cost.

 

  • All flowers and gifts will be delivered fresh and in excellent condition. The Curious Rabbit Flower Shop cannot be held accountable for flowers or gifts that go missing or if the condition of the flowers and gifts deteriorates between the time of delivery and the time the recipient receives them. Please consider letting the recipient know to expect a flower delivery ahead of time to avoid any disappointment or problems.​​

 
If you need to change delivery details, please contact me as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate any changes if possible. For any enquiries relating to delivery please contact me by phone on 0417 112 335.

A delivery fee of $10.00 will apply to every order for the following suburbs. Please check that your delivery area is available before placing an order.
