ICU & High Dependency Wards: flowers, plants and balloons are not permitted. Before ordering check with ICU staff what is accepted.

Oncology/specific cancer care wards: restrictions may apply in certain wards. Check with staff before ordering.

Maternity/General Wards: send low-allergen, unscented flowers (no soil)

Allow time for the recipient to check in and get settled before sending flowers.

Check when they are likely to be discharged. If your recipient is discharged before delivery, we can redirect the flowers to a home address but only within our Inner West delivery area.

Wait to send flowers after discharge, sometimes flowers sent to their home afterwards are the loveliest surprise.

Many of our arrangements are florist choice, so please let us know you are ordering flowers for a hospital and we will select the most suitable blooms. If you've fallen in love with an arrangement that doesn't include a vase, you can add one from out gift collection for extra ease.

Next day flower delivery is available every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. (except Public Holidays). Please order by 9.00pm on the day prior to your chosen delivery day.
